These photos were sent to us by Emily Carman, a teacher in the Muin Sipu School. Her class was learning about snowshoes and studied Simone Beck, the snowshoe art creator. After they watched his videos and they got very excited about trying something like that at their school. They planned an art piece, put on their snowshoes and the P-2 class made the Mi’kmaq Grand Council Flag in their tennis court.
They did a fantastic job!
